How to Book a Tour

Choose a tour category in the left side-menu or from the main page, or choose a specific tour from the main page or from the footer in the bottom of the page.

Choose the tour you are interested in. If you chose a specific tour in step 1, please go to step 3.

Read all information provided on the tour page and fill in the booking form in the bottom of the page. Click on the "Add to Cart"-button to book the tour and go to the Shopping Cart-page. Note that you can not book a tour after 20.00 the day before the tour.

Book more tours as explained in step 1-3 and when finished check all your booked tours. Fill in the required information and click the "Pay Now"-button to go to the confirmation page. At this step you can remove any tour by clicking the "Delete"-button.

Double-check your bookings and pick-up information. Mark the check-box under Terms & Conditions. Click the "Pay Now"-button for your chosen currency to go to the payment page or click the "Bank Transfer"-button to receive an e-mail with payment intructions for advanced cash payment.

Pay directly with your credit card. After successful payment you will be redirected back to Phuket Tours Direct. At this step you can cancel before completing the payment which will take you back to the shopping cart.

Upon successful payment, the payment platform will instantly send you a payment receipt by e-mail and notify us by e-mail. Upon our notification of successful payment, we will send you an automatic confirmation by e-mail and shortly thereafter you will receive an e-mail with your tour voucher including all information you need. Print the tour voucher and bring it to the tour. If you have chosen cash payment you will receive the tour vouchers by e-mail after successful cash payment.
