Phuket enjoys a warm, tropical climate all year round. The island has two main seasons:

Dry Season (November to April): Best time to visit, with plenty of sunshine, low humidity, and little rain. January to March are especially popular months for beach and boat tours.

Rainy Season (May to October): Expect occasional short and heavy showers, usually in the late afternoon or evening. It rarely rains all day, and there are still many sunny periods in between. All tours continue to operate normally, and sea conditions are generally safe.

In short: Even during the rainy season, Phuket offers great experiences, and the rain rarely disrupts travel plans.
